From 28 November to 2 December, the meeting of the members of the E-Quality project took place in Madrid. The Cross-fertilization transnational training activities were carried out from Monday to Friday, in which the different project partners trained the rest of the groups in the module for which they were responsible in 3-hour sessions in the morning. The purpose of this training is that all the members participating in the project acquire the competence to subsequently carry out the national trainings in the different municipalities of the respective countries. In the afternoons, there was a discussion on how to improve the different training modules and two Project Meeting sessions were held to decide on the next steps in the project’s progress. We continue to work for gender equality.
